How we can help
Termite treatments start at $500. WDIIR termite inspection reports are $60. If you've got swarmers, mud tubes, or a sale that needs a report, call us. All termite jobs come with a warranty, and we can do preventative treatments too. We'll tell you what we need and get you squared away.
Pre-construction termite pretreats start at $300 for home builders, concrete companies, or homeowners. We have been doing pretreats since the late 1990s, including large subdivision jobs back when the Valley was much smaller. We also treat remodels where concrete is poured or saw cuts that will be repoured. Pricing is based on square footage, so all we need is the total under roof square footage.
General pest control starts at $60. We handle regular home service and make ready work for property managers, covering everyday pests like scorpions and spiders plus specialty treatments for German roaches and bed bugs. Tell us the address and what you are seeing and we will quote it.
Bee jobs start at $250. For emergencies we can typically be at your home within 2 hours. We treat swarming bees and new colonies that have just started to build. When the colony is established we remove the full honeycomb and repair any openings we make in the wall or roof. We are one of the few companies willing to cut into a roof or wall when needed. Leaving honey behind almost guarantees another colony will reinfest the area. The honey will also melt, run down the walls, and rot, attracting roaches, rodents, and wax moths. Newer swarms usually have little to no honey, so a cut is often not required. Send a few pictures when you call or text and we will give you a price.
