We're the neighbors who show up for termites, bees, and the rest

We've been serving metro Phoenix and Tucson for 26 years. We started in 1999 working for the big guys. We ran a pest route and did termite pretreatments for large subdivisions when the Phoenix metro population was much smaller.

In 2002 we started Superstition Pest Control and performed general pest control for residential customers. Back then an interior and exterior service was about $30, bee removals were about $125, and termite treatments were about $350.

After Hurricane Katrina, many residents relocated to Arizona. The Valley saw a massive influx of bed bugs. We performed heat treatments all across the Valley in residential and commercial settings. Over the years we have handled some of the worst infestations we have ever seen, including tough commercial accounts. We still take ugly jobs seriously.

Our business grew substantially during the Great Recession of 2008. Those were two years where we basically exclusively did termite treatments because realtors and banks needed termite services on foreclosures. We remember doing services in Queen Creek where whole blocks would be for sale, and copper and other fixtures would be stripped from the inside of homes. It was a dark time for the Valley. We are happy those days ended.

As we stepped into serving more and more property managers, we operated as Standard Pest and Landscape Management across the Valley and into Tucson. We added landscaping then, weeds, irrigation, trees, and rock, because managers needed more than pest service. Today under Foundation Guard we still handle tree trimming and tree removal when you need it.
